How can I make a purchase?

You can purchase directly from our website by navigating and clicking on the product you want. After you add the product to your cart, you'll be asked to pay by credit card or Paypal.

  

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need any membership/account to place an order. 5thPosition does not want you to create an account to place an order. Although our payment provider will ask you to open a Paypal account (if you don’t have one) when paying for your product.

 

What payments methods can I use to pay?

We accept all credit & debit cards now. In the coming days we'll integrate the option to pay by bank order too. Stay tuned :)


How long does the delivery take?

The delivery usually takes about 2 work days. We'll be mailing you a shipping tracking code when your product is shipped which will allow you to track down the status of your delivery.


Where can you ship to?

We are an Istanbul based company but we ship to all countries. Shipping in Turkey is totally free (hurray!) and takes 2 work days. If you place an order from another country the following shipment cost will be added to your order.

  

What I want to purchase is out of stock, will it be in stock soon?

It can be in stock soon if the product is widely wanted. But still this is not a guarantee that it will be restocked soon. If you mail us about which product you want, we'd be glad to help you out.


Can I change, cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?

If you can contact us from the section in the navigation, before we fulfill the order we would definitely love to help you and amend or cancel your order.  

 

Can I track my order?  How can I track my order?

After we fulfill your order and give the package to courier, we will be mailing you a tracking code and a link. You will be able to track the status of your shipment with that code.

 

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

Yes, you can exchange or return your unused swimwear with its tags and hygiene band in 30 days. If it is used or the tags and hygiene band are removed, it is not possible to exchange or return due to the hygiene issues. No return for purchases on discount products. The payment for shipping of the return and exchange product would not be compensated by us.  

 

How do I return my order for a new size? What is the process?

You can send the product in the courier package you received, and fully intact, to us. Just drop us a mail (orders@5thpositionstore.com) before you do so we can know that it's you!
